Mega-Reserve Booklet Published

The Baviaanskloof Mega-reserve Project Management Unit is proud to announce the publication of a new booklet describing the Baviaanskloof Region and the mega-reserve project.

With funding from WWF’s Table Mountain Fund and the Eastern Cape Parks Board, the PMU commissioned the Terrestrial Ecology Research Unit (TERU) at Nelson Mandela Metropolitan University to update a publication they produced in 2000. The editor, Dr Andre Boshoff worked closely with the PMU, as well as his co-authors of the original booklet, Professors Richard Cowling and Graham Kerley, in describing the diversity and complexity of the Mega-reserve.
